“When symptoms persist, consult your doctor," says the TV commercial that greeted me that horrendous afternoon. Nothing is worse than ending a day with the scolding from your boss that you feel you do not deserve. I already experienced the symptoms of bad service the moment I called the aircraft charter company at the very first stage of doing business with them. I was placed on hold for a very long time, not to mention the dead air between the representative and myself where I certainly knew he was in the middle of something else when I called. More than just the ads on the net and the papers, I should have paid careful attention to the facts and track record of the charter company that we pay heftily their services for. I surely should have given my executive role a greater value by knowing better than diving in for the cunning advertisement.

After this incident, I knew that the reviews of the best jet charter company was a guarantee of not going wrong with the choice of private jet charter. True enough, right after the first trip, I got a thumbs up from my boss, and it meant everything to me. I never changed the air charter company for over four (4) years now.
